Meet the Director

This is Ben, our director. Ben started out (and still is) a bricklayer by trade, having served his apprenticeship at a young age on multiple large-scale projects. At 23, Ben decided to go to university to study Building Surveying. He graduated with honours and shortly after went into the building control sector as a trainee. 

It didn’t take long for Ben to get back to his roots. He realised the white-collar career wouldn’t be for him and subsequently launched Neal Construction. You will likely see Ben on-site working with his team and coordinating works and tradesmen to get the results and quality you deserve.
