A double garage conversion on this lovely detached property in Dunnington. A once unused double garage gave us ample footprint to play around with ideas, during our initial client consultation.

Along the way things were changed as the room started to take shape. Adding in a dividing wall accompanied by a space saving pocket door, allowed us to create a secluded office space which subsequently formed a lovely snug living area for this family.

We took a lot of time and effort getting the brick match right on this one, using similar colours and shades finished with a professional brick tint. After nature takes it course and weathers these you won’t even know we’d be here!
