A stand-alone detached garage to a 3-bed detached property in Rawcliffe, beautifully converted into a home office with integrated storage space. 

An externally treated shiplap cladding really pulled this garage to Gareth with its adjoining shed to the rear. It kept that all-important storage space yet freed up the garage itself to create a fantastic space. Our clients used this for work purposes, mainly as an office. But during those summer days, it could be used for entertaining guests or as a place for the children to keep out of the sun. 

Insulated up to current building regulations, installation of side French doors, led fire-rated downlighting, OSB jet black feature wall and oak veneered flooring. We’re very proud of this one!
