Residential Garage Conversion York

One of our most recent conversions saw us turn an already partially converted detached garage into a fantastic office space for our client. Unfortunately, the works carried out before we arrived were not up to any sort of building control standards or regulations. 

Ensuring our garage conversions meet habitable space standards is a top priority. This necessitates strict adherence to building regulations and current codes of practice. 

To do so, we stripped back everything that was previously installed and started from scratch! The result was a finished, issuable space that our client can use every day, knowing things have been done to the highest standards and to current building control requirements.
